Royal Dumbbell Holder has a similar function that J-cups have for barbells. You attach one part of the Royal Dumbbell Holder to each side of your Royal rack. You can than place the dumbbells on them during your bench exercises.

They are attachable with a screw and compatible only with our Royal series.
