A weight bench is one of those basic pieces of equipment that you find in every gym. Used for teaching proper weightlifting techniques and for various exercises that target specific muscle groups. When we were designing the Kingsbox Closet Gym we knew that we must not forget to include a bench in the setup. To be able to store the bench inside the thin closet, we made this special foldable version of a flat bench. You can now buy the foldable bench as a separate product.
