There are already quite a few types of adjustable handles available on the market and we decided to follow the trends, however, us being us, we have somewhat modified the adjustable dumbbels and improved their functionality.
Their advantage over other similar products is in the way the handle weight is adjusted. This is done by simply turning the handle to increase or decrease the weight. The weight is displayed next to the handle. Such a quick change of weight on a single dumbbell is especially useful when we want to change the weight between one series of exercises or another, or if the same dumbbell is used by several people with different abilities at the same time.
The shape is the same as with the classic round handles. The handle is ribbed, thus enabling you the best possible grip.
You can adjust between: 2kg, 4kg, 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg
