This is a small and elegant solution for performing sit-ups. Especially when the sets are longer or the abs are part of a strenuous circular workout, it is advisable to tuck the feet in for support and thus ensure better posture during the exercise.
If we don’t have a wall bar or a friend that is patient enough to hold our feet to the ground, we can mount this small steel structure to the wall.

Delivery Cost
Delivery is FREE for orders over €100 when ordered through our website or social media. Delivery fee to GOZO is to be calculated according to the item. Products are only delivered to the ground floor
