Wooden gymnastic rings are most often seen at the Olympics, but thanks to Cross training and calisthenics training, they are becoming more common in (home) gyms as well.

Training with rings increases strength and muscle mass without affecting the joints.

The rings are made of laminated Baltic birch. The package also includes polyester straps with a load-bearing capacity of 1.5 tons, which ensure 100% safety when performing any exercise. The straps are equipped with Velcro, on which the excess of the strap is attached.
