The Landmine is originally designed for functional training, since the exercises with this tool reproduce daily movements which we can consciously improve. Usually you have to load the tool with weights, but when using our rig landmine you need only one bolt with which you attach the Landmine to a rig structure.
The rig landmine remains completely flexible (180 ° horizontally and vertically) and at the same time maintains all the other features of the classic version. The steel accessory with 50.5 mm diameter is suitable for all Olympic barbells.
