The hexagonal bar is designed to strengthen the “lockout” and limit stress on the shoulders during deadlift. In addition, it allows beginners to improve their deadlift without too much pressure on their backs.
The bar is a hexagonal welded steel structure with a handle diameter of 33 mm. The two parallel knurled handles have a diameter of 33 mm. During workout, you can easily switch from one set of handles to another simply by turning the bar.
