The Start Up Bar is designed for all those, who are just learning how to perform proper bar Muscle Up or Pull-up. It is also suitable for children’s training, since the bar can be adjusted to its needed height in just a few second with only a Pin-bolt.
It has a length of 1065 mm and a diameter of 38 mm, the support bracket has also a laser cut KingsBox logo, which gives the product a stylish look.

Before you start using the product, you must make sure that the rack is firmly fixed to the floor.
